Natural Variations in Handmade Products
Handcrafted products mean no two are identical. Natural materials like wood may show grain patterns, knots, and tonal variations. Slight differences in colour, texture, and finish are a feature of handmade work, not a flaw. What you see on your screen may also appear slightly different from the physical product due to monitor settings and lighting.
Custom & Personalized Orders
When you place a personalized order, you’re responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, and any other details you provide before submitting. By uploading a photo or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission to use it. We’ll use your submitted files only to fulfill your order.
We’re not responsible for errors that were present in the information you provided after your order was confirmed.
Engraving & Customization Services
Laser engraving permanently alters materials. Results depend on the specific material, its surface coating, and its condition. For items you supply, we take every precaution — but we can’t guarantee outcomes on materials we haven’t tested, and we’re not liable for unexpected reactions or damage that may occur during the process. Proceeding with a service means you understand and accept this.
Product Use & Safety
Our products are intended for the purpose described in each listing. Some items may contain small parts — please keep these away from young children and pets where relevant. We’re not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or failure to take reasonable precautions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, carrier delays, or third-party service issues.
