Shipping Policy

Every keepsake we make is prepared with care, and we want it to reach you safely — whether you’re in Calgary, Canada, or across the border.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. We’re a small Canadian shop, so international shipping beyond these two countries isn’t available just yet — but we hope to expand as we grow.


Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare and package your order before it leaves for you. Our shop has two types of products, and each has its own timeline:

Handmade products (shadow boxes, slate coasters, cork coasters, crochet pieces, resin, and crystal items) are made by us — Michelle and Evan — here in Calgary. These take the longest because they’re made with real care, one at a time:

  • Handmade & personalized items: 5–10 business days

Print-on-demand products (mugs, prints, and similar items) are produced by our trusted printing partner, Printify and Printdoors, and shipped directly to you from their facility:

  • Print-on-demand items: 3–7 business days

Processing times may be longer during busy periods like the holidays. If you’re ordering something for a specific date, please reach out first and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


Estimated Delivery After Shipping

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days

These are estimates provided by the carriers — we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but we’ll share tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Canada: Free on orders of CAD $150 or more (before taxes, after discounts)
  • United States: Free on orders of CAD $250 or more (before taxes, after discounts)

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited options, if available, will be charged separately.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both handmade items (made by us in Calgary) and print-on-demand products (fulfilled by our printing partner), they will arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers — because they’re coming from different places. We’ll always let you know if your order is splitting into more than one shipment.


US Customs & Duties

Most small parcels from Canada to the US don’t incur customs fees, but policies can change. If any duties are applied by US customs, those are the responsibility of the recipient. We’re not able to predict or control these charges.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not able to redirect packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the carrier’s hands, delivery is their responsibility — but we won’t leave you on your own if something goes wrong. If your tracking shows no movement or your package seems lost, reach out and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.


Local Pickup (Calgary, Alberta)

We offer local pickup in Calgary for those who prefer it. Here’s how it works:

  • Pickup is available by appointment only — just let us know when you order
  • We’ll confirm a public meeting location once your order is ready
  • Please collect within 7 days of notification, or let us know if you need more time

Custom orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be cancelled without refund. We’ll always try to communicate first.
