Every keepsake we make is prepared with care, and we want it to reach you safely.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada. We’re a small Canadian shop, so international shipping isn’t available just yet — but we hope to expand as we grow.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes us to make and package your order before it leaves our hands. Everything we sell is handmade by us in Calgary, one piece at a time — so please allow:

  • Most products: 1–3 business days

Processing times may be longer during busy periods like the holidays. If you’re ordering something for a specific date, please reach out first and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Estimated Delivery After Shipping

  • Canada: 2–5 business days
  • Expect longer delivery time for remote area

These are estimates provided by our carriers — we ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats. We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but we’ll share your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Canada: Free on orders of CAD $200 or more before taxes
  • Remote area is not applicable for free shipping

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited options, if available, will be charged separately.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not able to redirect packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the carrier’s hands, delivery is their responsibility — but we won’t leave you on your own if something goes wrong. If your tracking shows no movement or your package seems lost, reach out and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Local Pickup (Calgary, Alberta)

We offer local pickup in Calgary for those who prefer it. Here’s how it works:

  • Pickup is available by appointment only — just let us know when you order
  • We’ll confirm a public meeting location once your order is ready
  • Please collect within 7 days of notification, or let us know if you need more time

Custom orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be cancelled without refund. We’ll always try to communicate first.
