Every reason is a good reason

You don’t need a specific reason to message us

We’ve heard from people at every stage — from “I just lost my pet this morning”
to “I’m thinking about ordering something for a friend”
to “can you tell me more about how this works.” All of it is welcome.

You’re grieving and not sure what you need

You don’t have to know what you want before you reach out. Tell us where you are. We’ll help you figure out if there’s something here that’s right for you — and if there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

You’re buying for someone else

Your friend just lost their pet and you want to do something meaningful. We can help you choose, write a gift note, and ship directly to them. Message us and we’ll walk you through it.

You have questions before ordering

Not sure which product is right? Wondering about timelines, photos, or customisation options? Ask everything. We’d rather answer ten questions than have you order the wrong thing.

You have a question about your current order

Where is it? Can you change something? Did something arrive not quite right? Message us with your order number and we’ll sort it out promptly.

You want something custom

Have an idea that isn’t in our shop? Tell us what you’re picturing. We take a small number of custom commissions when our workload allows, and we’re always happy to discuss what’s possible.

You want to collaborate

Vet clinics, pet loss counsellors, animal shelters, and other makers — if you’d like to work together in some way, reach out through the form and tell us what you have in mind.
